Public Library

Construction has finished on the new Kodiak Public Library. The new facility is meant to create a long-lasting “Gateway to the Kodiak Community” for visitors and residents alike. After years of coping with limited space and a decrepit building, the new library will provide Kodiak with a sustainable resource that is less costly to maintain and safer and more comfortable for patrons, as well as improved and expanded library resources, technology, and program offerings for all ages.
