Hearts and Hands of Care and Kadijah Family Funds is an organization dedicated to assisting families in caring for disabled or ill family members.

Hearts and Hands of Care grew out of a mother’s inspiration – founder Kisha Smaw’s daughter, Kadijah, was born with severe brain damage, which caused her cerebral palsy. Kisha’s experiences led to a desire to help other families in need. Hearts and Hands of Care works to give families tools that enable them to support themselves as much as possible, while also helping them to navigate an increasingly complex social service system.
